Here's a brief summary of the content found in this R-rated horror film. Profanity consists of at least 38 "f" words, while many other expletives and colorful phrases are also uttered. Sexually explicit dialogue is present, as are several sexual encounters with movement and nudity. Other nudity bare breasts and butts also occurs. For those concerned with bright flashes of light on the screen, some of that occurs in several scenes. Gibb says she only smokes when she's been drinking and we see her smoking. Her boyfriend then shows up with beer and his friend has a flask from which he later drinks.
The boyfriend then has a beer. Lori asks a guy to get her and Kia some beer. A guy drinks from a flask. Lori's father mixes some sort of prescription drug into her orange juice she's unaware of that, but doesn't drink it. One of the girls comments that she needs more drinks. We see students partying in a cornfield "rave" at night drinking and maybe doing ecstasy. Some guys knock down Linderman and then pour beer from a beer bong into his mouth.
Two guys smoke pot and one has some Everclear grain alcohol. Several characters smoke pot in a van and a deputy later comments on the Scooby-Doo like van. Freeburg smokes pot again and then hallucinates, including that of a mutant roach a joke for slang about a joint with a bong that blows pot smoke into Freeburg's face.
Jason then impales her into a tree with his machete with bloody results on the machete and we see blood running down her feet. We see a quick succession of Jason's bloody victims as they morph from one to the next. We see a heart starting to beat inside a rotted chest. Freddy's face is terribly burned and scarred and might be scary-looking to younger kids.
The film's opening credits use copious amounts of blood and bloody titles in them. Jason repeatedly stabs down into a guy's back as he lies on a bed. We see the machete come down through the bed with blood on it and then see the bed folded in half vertically front to back with the guy in it, also completely folded in half but the wrong way, with a great deal of blood.
Gibb steps into a pool of blood on the bathroom floor. A large amount of blood rushes down a front door in a nightmare. A guy reaches out to his dad whose head falls off with blood squirting out. We then see Jason swing his machete and blood splatters across a wall presumably from the guy being killed. We see Mark's bare butt and hear a farting sound as he moons a guard in a psychiatric hospital. We see photos of bare breasts in a cosmetic surgery magazine, as well as some bloody surgical photos.
Freddy's razor-sharp "fingers" go into Kia's nose and then rip it off with bloody results , but this is just a dream. Lori sees large drips of blood hitting the floor but then "evaporating" and then finds a young girl on the floor who turns with missing eyes and lots of blood from her empty eye sockets.
Blood splatters out from a locker where Freddy has a girl cornered. Jason slices and kills many people, resulting in blood splattering and squirting out from the various wounds. Mark hears something in the bathroom and finds his dead but "alive" brother in the bathtub. It's filled with bloody water and we see blood coming from the deep suicide cuts wounds on his arms that later pulsate in a blister-like fashion.
Blood then runs across the floor to Mark's feet where some bloody tentacle-like things wrap around his legs. A person has bloody scrapes on his face in a dream and real-life from Freddy. Lori brings Freddy's severed and bloody ear back into reality from a dream.
We see a door smashed down onto a guard with blood on the floor. We see blood from under a coma patient's bandage over his eye. A man's face is all burned after being electrocuted. Jason slices off Freddy's arms with bloody results but they grow back.
We see a severed head. Freddy slowly pushes one of his razor-sharp "fingers" into a boy's head with bloody results. Kia has a little blood from her mouth while Linderman has some from his nose.
Freddy runs his fingers into someone, with bloody results. Freddy slices Lori on the chest in a dream resulting in bloody scrapes there and in the real world. A leg is sliced with bloody results. A guy's face is very bloody with blood then running out from under his body he appears to have died. Jason slices a person with such force that they're thrown back against a tree with bloody results. Jason and Freddy continue fighting with each stabbing and slicing the other many times with very bloody results.
The fingers on one killer's hands are cut off with bloody results , with more slicing and scraping and one running sharp razors down into the other's eyes. Both end up ramming their hands into the other's chest, while one rips off the other's arm. A blade is slowly inserted into one of their bodies. An arm is rammed completely through a killer's body with bloody results.
One killer decapitates the other and we see the severed head sinking into a body of water with bloody results. A killer comes out of the water holding the severed head of another killer. The killers obviously have extreme cases of both types of attitudes.
A guy has a bad attitude toward Gibb after having sex with her. A guy discovers Gibb passed out at a rave in the cornfield and climbs onto her body both are clothed. Freddy spots Kia who's black and says, "How sweet. A doll is thrown into a fire and we see Freddy and his famous razor-sharp claws as he menaces a little girl who screams. Once Lori finally remembers Freddy's name, she suddenly finds herself alone in the police station.
She then sees large drips of blood hitting the floor but then "evaporating" and then finds a young girl on the floor who turns with missing eyes and lots of blood from her empty eye sockets and warns her about Freddy. Lori then quickly moves from one setting to the next in nightmare fashion including having a cemetery with headstones in her front yard.
A guy hears something rustling in the shrubs and then has an encounter with Freddy whose shadow reaches out and goes through his chest, but isn't strong enough yet to kill him. Lori's father briefly turns into Freddy.
After Lori faints, Freddy shows up in her unconscious dream state. Gibb sees her dead boyfriend in a cornfield appearing alive and follows him into a barn where she has a nightmare encounter with Freddy where she can't get away from him. Lori worries that her dad maybe really did kill her mom all as he slowly approaches her. She then flees and he breaks down a door to get into her room. Mark hears something in the bathroom and slowly goes to see what it is.
There's nothing there, but he then sees Freddy in the medicine cabinet mirror and then his dead but "alive" brother in the bathtub. Freddy tries to lick Lori's face with his long tongue in a sexualized gross-out scene and first appears as her father trying to do that. People previously in comas are now standing upright and chanting about something. A woman prepares to give Jason mouth to mouth resuscitation, but his scarred and gross-looking face causes her to pause as she slowly approaches his mouth.
While in a dream state, Lori sees her father with a knife, hovering over her mother who's lying on a bed. As Freddy runs his razor-blade finger up between Lori's legs, he jokingly states that things tend to get a little messy the first time referring to sex and her being a virgin , something of a veiled rape threat.
