Airfare, additional accommodations in Honduras, security deposit, and nonscheduled excursions are not included in this price. All parties assume full liability for their safety, security, well being, and health and do hereby indemnify GO NAKED its agents, actors, owners, administrators, contractors, or other affiliated parties of all wrongdoing where applicable by New York State Law, Federal Code, and the Laws of Honduras.
All parties assume personal responsibility and liability for travel requirements, VISAs, passport control, vaccinations, medications, and other health necessities as deemed necessary by the US State Department or other Nation of Origin for travel to Honduras. All parties recognize that that this is a sex-positive travel excursion and will abide by the social norms established within the group upon arrival.
Participants in public sex visible to travelers, locals, authorities or others beyond the island assume the risk of the laws of the land and those individuals alone will assume full legal and financial responsibility for their actions. No refunds after 30 days in advance. Prices are subject to change pending circumstances beyond our control. Additional fees may be demanded based upon consumption of food, alcohol, beverages, water, etc. Security deposits will be returned if and only if all conditions are respected and no damage or other culpable activity is reported.
High season reservations are those reservations made for the months of December through August. Low season reservations are those for September through November.
There are different policies for each of the two. The remaining rental amount balance will be due 60 days prior to the first date of your scheduled occupancy. If the rental amount balance is not received by this time, the reservation will be cancelled and the initial rental deposit amount will be refunded, less any related expense that is incurred.
In cases where the reservation is made less than 60 days from the first day of occupancy, the entire rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made. Reservations are tentative until the rental fee has been paid in full for high season rentals.
The remaining rental amount balance will be due upon completion of your stay. If there will be more than one party using the property and the charges are to be split between them this is a matter exclusively between the renters. The Party arranging the rental will be the one held responsible.

Occupancy- Rental rates cover occupancy by up to six people, with additional fees for each guest in addition to that number, as specified on our website. There is no minimum cancellation notice for low season reservations.
As long as the minimum notice requirements have been met, all initial rental deposits are refundable less any costs incurred in making the refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to occupancy for high season reservations we will only provide a refund if we are able to find a replacement renter. The amount of the refund will depend on the length of stay of the replacement renter for example, if the original reservation and payment covered ten days and we are only able to find a replacement renter for six days, then we will only refund an amount equivalent to six days.
Any refunds will be made by mailing a US dollar check to the address provided by the renter. Cancellation policies described above will apply. A partial refund may be provided, at the discretion of the Jackson family, if arrival is delayed due to other unfavorable weather condition that interrupt international or local transportation.
The property has been cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. The day you arrive, please do a walk-through inspection of the Property. If you notice damage to the Property or its contents please notify the property manager Barry Jackson immediately. For the time that you occupy the property you agree that you are responsible for all damages or loss occurring to the property or its contents caused by your actions or negligence.
Note that due to its isolated location obtaining replacement equipment may involve complicated communications, transportation, and import duties that increase the cost. If renters stay more than one week, clean linens and towels will be exchanged for those that have been used. Every effort will be made to correct any urgent situation in as little time as possible.
Bear in mind that this is a secluded location in Honduras and getting repairs done may take longer than in the more developed countries. We will ship them to you if you let us know, with reimbursement for shipping costs, or hold them until you return. You must respect the ecology and not step on or touch live coral, collect live mollusks, or use spear guns for fishing prohibited under Honduran law.
